Quarter one reflection

My classes so far I good I like my ela teacher, she’s my favorite teacher this year and I am getting better grades in this year ela than my last year classes.My math teacher is also one of my favorite teachers since she’s really nice and I get good grades in math. Social studies is an easy class for me because I find it easy to remember things that have happened in the past, and I think I am getting good grades. Science is an easy class for me too since it’s always been easy for me. For next quarter I am going to try to keep up my work and try to keep on constantly getting fours in all of my classes because I want to show that I do understand each topic. My behavior is alright I would say because I’m quiet but I still kind of participate. I am going to try on keeping on coming to class on time and ask what I missed when I am absent. I don’t know if I am going to join a club this year but I really want to, but I don’t know which club I should join but a club I would like to join is Robotics because my friends said that Robotics was a fun club.

I’ll Give You The Sun

The book I just finished reading was “I’ll give you the sun” by Jandy Nelson. This book was probably one of my all time favorites because of how the story went and how many twists happened. The story is about twins Noah and Jude they are seen as NoahandJude inseparable twins. Noah is the quiet one who draws, and starts to fall in love with the boy next door, while Jude is the daredevil and does the speaking for both twins. However this is for Noah’s chapters since the book is split from Noah and Jude, Noah tells the story about the past and when they were thirteen to fourteen, while Jude the story of the future while they’re 16. I loved Jude’s chapter as they progressed. When they become sixteen they are Noah and Jude and they don’t talk to each other that much anymore because of a devastating event. The event changes how the twins act, Noah turns into a popular person and a party animals and doesn’t draw while Jude gets into an art school and has to do a project that she says she must do in stone and can see her mothers ghost and grandmas ghost. This time it’s Jude falling I love with an unknown yet irresistible boy. They give Noah the chapter called “The invisible museum” and Jude “The History of Luck” which has a lot of importance in the story.  I fell in love with Noah at first but as time went on I saw myself more in Jude. Noah maybe the gay one but Jude was the smart one who made so many mistakes that I were similar to what I’ve done sometimes and I could see why she would do it.

Storms

The thing about storms is that they can be anything, something hard that you went through in life you can consider a storm. In my eyes storms are not just when it rains so much I see them as when we go through rough times, that can be a storm. It may not be raining or windy but to us depending on what's happening it can be tearing us apart like a storm is happening all around us. But the storm will come to an end they always do, and when it ends we will see who stuck by us from the start to the end, since it isn't guaranteed that everyone in your life is going to stay after every storm. The people who care about you will stay after each storm they look out after you during the storm but the ones that leave it hurts you when they do that you forget to thank the ones that stayed.
